The Style
I purchased this zig zag lace dress from Axara, a store in Paris. I was instantly drawn to the zig zag pattern and the blue and yellow color scheme. The dress is lace and has a small belt to tie at the side. I paired it with a pair of my skin-tone matching Christian Louboutin shoes to give myself added height!
The Mood
As a petite woman, I always worry about where a dress hits on my legs. Anything below the knee tends to get tricky! So, when I tried this lovely lace dress on at the store, I was pretty shocked by how well the length worked for me. This dress shows just the right amount of leg so I don’t have that whole ‘feet dangling in mid-air’ problem! It can also work with any pair of shoes or boots. Plus, don’t you just love the zig zag pattern – patterns that run up and down the body instantly make short girls wearing long dresses look taller!
