Metallic Twirl Factor

by Adriel S

My mood: In an effort to avoid mid-week decision fatigue I’ve started planning out my outfits and meals on weekends. It has been life-saving. Literally, my mind feels much less cluttered during the week. I also plan to do at least one personal task/errand each day. It was becoming too easy for me to devote my entire day to my job, and working is only one aspect of living. However, by eliminating extraneous decisions during the weekday and reducing the number of errands I run on the weekends, I find myself feeling more relaxed, less busy and wanting to twirl.

My style: When I want to find clothes that no one else will have stateside, I tend to go straight to two of my favorite UK-based stores — NextUK and River Island. Recently, during one my online shopping trips, I purchased this super cool metallic midi skirt from NextUK. I love the way the light bounces off the skirt and, the best part, the twirl factor is off the charts. In order to chic it up for work, I added one of my pinstripe shirts from JCrew and skin-tone heels to elongate my otherwise short legs. Hope you enjoy my lovelies. xoxo
