Happy almost Galentine’s Day (or Valentine’s Day)! Take a look at how I plan to re-purpose one of my Christmas party looks as my Galentine’s Day outfit! I purchased these red sequin pants and top from Nordstrom as part of the Halogen x Atlantic Pacific December release and paired them with my sparkly pink Kate Spade heels. I wore this look for a holiday party and I am super excited to rock it again for our Galentine’s Day dinner. Wishing you a year of great love with great friends!

How do you feel about Valentine’s Day? I think it can be a really hard holiday if you’re single. On this day, more than any other, it seems as if the world is abuzz with LOVE!! Do you remember that scene from the Sex and the City movie where Miranda and Carrie went out for a Valentine’s Day dinner and drank quite a few bottles of wine? I love that scene. The love of a great friend is an essential part of life. Great friends help you get through the difficult moments, including when you break up with the person you really thought was “The One.” We all want to find that special someone but don’t let a holiday created to sell chocolates and cards get you down. Instead, rock your cutest Galentine’s Day outfit and grab dinner or drinks with a good friend.
